Mayra Blakey

Mayra Blakey is the Center Programs Coordinator within the Center for Neurodevelopment and Plasticity. Before joining the Institute, she supported the departments of Neuroscience and Internal Medicine as a Senior Administrative Assistant for over six years. Blakey is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Quinnipiac University and holds a Bachelor's in Public Relations and Social Communications from the Catholic University of Pernambuco in Brazil. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new trails with her dog, Luke Skywalker, cooking, learning new languages, and discovering other cultures.
